We are dedicated to provided opportunities for families to live a better life. Our donations are given to families in need, without regard to their race, religion, or background. We strive to create a better world, and we thank all of you for helping us to achieve that.
Our mission: to build stronger communities by fostering a culture of educational attainment and advocacy, promotion of self- sufficiency, becoming good stewards of our community and empowering future generations of change agents.
We were founded six years ago, by Dr. De'Andre S. Pickett, the child of a single mom, who grew up to love giving back and the people around him. Pickett started in his charitable activities by donating the his time to coach basketball to kids on the Southside of Atlanta. Since then, his activities have grown, prospered and expanded. 4BFF focuses on the following vision:
- To build a strong literacy program for kids in grades K-5.
- Create workshops and seminars that promote self-esteem and empowerment for young adults.
- Offer scholarships to individuals interested in attending or returning back to college.
- Provide mentorship to men (youth, young adult, and seasoned), looking to make positive impacts within their communities and beyond.
- To advocate for all marginalized groups who fight for social and political equality.
